About the Images

These were from a series called Wallpaper  for the Brave. They  were  made by scanning paintings from my 2005 exhibition called "Cake", and then digitally degrading the scans until the original image was  unrecognizeable. The ghost images were layered, and additional digital drawing added. Each  piece was imagined as a small  sample of unusual wallpaper that would induce extreme  discomfort if a room were papered with it.
